The simplicity of walking
Had our PMI group walk today! It was a beautiful day, we all got some much needed sun and cardio in. I feel that these walks are not only good for me physically but emotionally too. Taking a break from staring at the computer and getting to know my coworkers better is also a big plus! Thanks ladies!
