I used to weigh 300 pounds and I got down to 210, I stayed that way for about eight years. My mother passed away in June, I started gaining weight again since then, I’ve been watching what I eat, but I’m eating too much, I think. Anybody willing to help me with me with some tips I would appreciate it as I’ve kept this way…
This is probably one of the hardest things. Sticking to something and believing that we'll actually succeed. Learned helplessness plays such a big role in this many of us have a very hard time believing in ourselves. Things feel so much harder and much more impossible for ourselves than anyone else.
