i am just getting started ...i set goals and the program said i should go for a 1200 calorie diet. i now have 2 weeks planned of all my meals and hope to stick to it ... I am looking forward to the challange... does anyone have experience with this approach. p.s. i am excercizing 3x a week for 30 min...
