Well did not do well yesterday with the challenge. Fell into an emotional funk and went to Burger King and got a whopper :sad: Had a good night's sleep and in a better mood. The morning is beautiful and already went for 1.5 walk with the dog. :glasses: I will be committed today to the challenge. :happy:
June 1st 2014 Start
I am going to start this Challenge on June 1st. I'm super excited for a healthier better me! Who wants to start on June 1st with me?
Going to keep myself accountable!
So Day 1 is almost over (with success so far!) I'm inserting one pre-planned cheat day, because my friend is having her birthday party and I think I might be one of 3 people showing up and there will be food. Lots of food. But other than the 31st of May I will rock this challenge! Nice to be here with you all!

What if you make raw, vegan chocolate?
Does that still count as no-no chocolate? Because my craving's getting pretty bad and I want to know how the group stands on this idea.

Like most of us, because our lives are so busy, it can be hard to go a full 3 weeks without fast food, soda or sugars. Go as many days as you can, and if something pops up, if you give into that muffin or breakfast burrito, DON'T GIVE UP. Just start the next day back at day 1, and start your 21 days from there.

how did everyone do on their first day? Me? not so good. I had white bread with my breakfast, didn't even think about it until I was almost finished eating. So, I'm starting over on day 1 today.

I really find it not helpful to have Burger King adds on this website! Anyway, I am purging my fridge today and I will be starting this challenge officially tomorrow. I cannot count today because I had cereal this morning. I have to plan better for these hot summer days that are coming so I am not continuing to grab cereal…
what do you consider 'fast food'?
I know the usuals, (mcdonald's, Bk, etc), but what about a sit down they bring your food to you type of restaurant? I'm only asking cause I'm supposed to meet a friend for breakfast this morning after work. We'll probably go to Perkins or Bob Evans. Is that considered fast food? Should we cut back on ALL eating out for the…
