Week 3 - 19th June
Oops missed last week Weight has fluctuated a bit for me but back down to 136.8lb. (I had a few heavy eating weekends) so I am pleased it is back to that level. Lets hope it keeps going down Managed to get to the gym this week - did not go at all last week so that was an improvement Good lucks guys xx

How has everyones week been? Mine not as great as i hoped. Missed my goal of 3 gym visits - only went twice :( still having real motivation issues. Weight was 136.6 this morning. A rather dissapointing 0.2lbs lost But on the good size - managing to fit into a dress for a wedding on Friday that was too tight a few weeks ago…

Hi Everyone My weight this morning was 136.8lb, a total of 2.6lb weight loss since 5th May 2014 I am finding it particular hard to get motivated to do exercise at the moment so my goat for week 1 is to get exercising more - I did one gym session last week so will aim to beat it this week with at least 2 episodes of…
