I did lost 8 lbs during the month of march 2012 when i did the 20 days runs that month. I cant wait to see how much i will be able to lose this july.

I am really liking this group, I like the fact it doesn't matter how far, how long you run just post that your run and it is motivating me just to get 20 days in. Hoping we can do this in August.
