Making short term goal!

Finally seeing some results!
So I've been tracking for 15 or 16 days straight, and was very frustrated that I wasn't seeing any results. And then I started retaining water for that time of month, and my weight actually went up 2 pounds! Very discouraging. But I stuck with it and now my weight is 2 pounds below my start weight, 4 pounds below the peak…
It's Working!
I mean, we all know that logging your calories will help you lose weight, but I have been over my calorie goal almost every day and I've STILL lost 1 lb this week! For me, just being more conscious about what I'm putting in my mouth (instead of mindlessly nomming on everything) has made a big difference in my eating…

Day 9 of MFP100: We can file today under "alright". I went over my calorie goal by a couple of hundred calories but that's better than usual for a holiday. Day 8
Day 8 of MFP100: I had a nice Sunday at the beach and ate some incredibly fish tacos and some just alright ceviche. I went 130 calories over goal and am feeling too lazy/tired to try and burn it off.
Committed for 100 days
Committed to entering everything for next 100 days! Starting today 2nd September - need to really stick to this and do it as it will work!
