Working towards 200 sit ups in one go challenge
This is an ongoing challenge where we will use this http://www.twohundredsitups.com/ since its monday now please do the initial test and week 1 today if your just starting. next workout for this will be wednesday that friday. - please read the website. good luck Im in column 2 x
200 situps/crunches a day challenge - 16th Jan
Please post how many crunches you do here. DONT have to be done in one go. aim for 200 a day but if this isnt possable try getting 200 in one day by next sunday. GOOD LUCK. <3 -post daily. xx
