Is this group still active? I am a 43 year old Mom who has a 4 year old and 2 year old. I love the idea of having a support group of Moms with a similar over 40 age.
How do you squeeze in your exercise?
Between working full time and a 2 1/2 year old it is tough. I try to walk everynight with him in his stroller but the older he gets the less he wants to walk with me! Any recommendations.
