ok, day 1 was a killer,, day 2 tonight after work,,,, my god,,, thats an eye opener,, so out of shape!!!!! hate thoses push-ups,,,lol i had to do most of them like the girl shows, how to do the easy ones,,,lol on my knees for peets sake,,,lolits ok, the shape will come,,,,
