Hello, I think we should start off by telling a bit about ourselves and what goals we are here to achieve!
I used to belong to Crunch. SO SAD they moved away. It was a fun gym. Now I do Crossfit, I teach yoga. And I'm trying to get back into running. Even with this decent winter weather, I just cant bring myself outdoors.
