I just started week six. It seems to be geeting easier on the body. After the first week I didn't think that I would make, but, now I think it is possible.
I just finished day 30 and I feel better than after day 3. Also, am am seeing results.
Staring week 2 tomorrow!! day 8 :) so excited. I tried to take a rest day today but i'm a workoutaholic so that didn't do me so well. I worked out anyway haha. how is everyone else doing??

Well today was day one. Chest and back and ab ripper x. I'm pretty sure if anyone was watching me today they would have had a good laugh! But oh well, I did it.
