Well turning the corner further and further, building up to do a tri-athlon the Tin-man in July. Trying to find good routes here in Hawaii I have found a couple but would like to find more. I know it says log this but I was hoping for other to tell me where are some other good routes.
i know this says for bikers
But I did run in the Great Aloha Run I pulled off a pretty descent time of 1 hour 14 minutes. But I did bike this morning covering 16 miles in a hour. Still hpoing to get others involved
