Week 2
Starting week 2, how is it going? I am definately feeling stronger and so much better at my squats and lunges. Nit shrugging with these moves. My abs feel so incredible too. I don't shake trying to do a sit up or crunch. The hard work and persistence is really starting to pay off!
Day 5
It's day 5 and I am feeling great! Have you stuck with the video? How are you feeling? Remember each DVD we do for two weeks!
