I'm starting to see the lbs melt off finally after all the self denial of the foods I LOVE :sad: the results are paying off. I must say however it is worth it! :smile: I am determined to get under 200lbs so 15 more lbs to melt off YAYYYYYY

What's for dinner tonight?
The one thing I have been craving since last week is a burger and fries. I think I found a lowfat way to do it for dinner under 400 calories. What's everyone else having tonight?
