hi guys just jumped on the community, i went from 72kg kickboxer to a 96kg powerlifter, aim for 6%body fat and a clean 90kg.i began my gain journey in 2017 and been going hard ever since.be great to have new fitness friends in here, add me and lets smash goals together.

Does anyone know how to enter tabata strength training into mfitness pal? Cardio is easy.. You can see how many calories you have burned. But strength training not so much?
