SW - 317.4 WK/9 - 307.6 Challenge Loss Total - 9.8 lbs. Well, I'm thinking I will not make my 20 lb goal by next week's login. But I"m happy for the success I've had, and hoping we can get this group to do another challenge through the summer!!

Well, after giving my system a week to drop some water retention issues, I had to admit on Friday (my normal weigh in) that it wasn't all going away as quickly as I'd like. Recipe - Banana Pancakes - Anyone have it?
Hi everyone, A while back, I saw on the site a recipe for banana pancakes that was something simple like bananas, egg white and something else... I thought I would be able to find it again, but not yet. Anyone else have the recipe on hand to post? Thanks!!!
