Anyone else go to the EJGH Wellness Center?
I just joined a few weeks ago, primarily to use the pool and take the warm water classes. I'll be doing my fitness orientation next week and would love to find some other people who go there. Maybe we could meet up and keep each other on task for workouts or try some of the classes together?
Healthy Eating Out
Where are your favorite places to eat out in the city for a healthy meal? New Orleans is known for her food, and it can get hard to balance healthy eating with the bevy of choices in our local fare! I personally love Bennachin's on Royal St. Lots of veggie options and fresh seafood.
Recipes
anyone have some great, healthy recipes? I am looking to jazz up my eating. so tired of grilled chicken. I would love a recommendation for a shrimp marinade so I can make some shrimp kabobs.
