I made these 2 nights ago and they were AWESOME!! The hubby liked them but was skeptical due to the "Green Stuff", I told him it was just Thyme and didn't say anything about the zucchini ;-p. Next time I will try the chopper instead of the grater for the zucchini. Maybe it will mask it better? Skinny Meatloaf Cupcakes…
