Compulsive Whiner
New here! :) I whine and I make excuses like I'm getting paid for it or something. I've fallen off from logging my food and I used to have such a good grasp on this and was finally seeing results... now here I am, doing a good job of backtracking on any progress I had made. I need a high five to the face! lol

Advice for newbies...
I've noticed a few "newer" members here so if anybody has advice lets hear it! Mind you, not everything works for everybody. We're all different. We also have our own opinions on what is right and wrong. You can spend HOURS researching a debate--but in the end do what works for you! So here's mine: *go read the book…
