First month update
After the first month, I'm down 5 pounds. With a goal of 15, I'm right on track. How's everybody else doing?
Couch-to-5k Program
I mentioned Couch-to-5k on Friday. It is a 9-week program that can take you from not running at all (couch potato) to running a 5k. Each workout takes about 45 minutes with a 5-minute warm up and 5-minute cool down walk. The program works either by having you walk/run a certain distance, or for a certain amount of time.…
