Sound off guys, how are we doing!?!?!?!?!? I found out before this past weekend that my BMI percentage went from 33.5 to 31.6! I'm pretty excited! I haven't seen much different on the scale but it shows that my muscle mass is increasing! WOOT!

Group name one thing you are going to do different today that you didn't do yesterday? Mine was to get up early and prepare my lunch and document before I got to work and I did.

I know the new year is coming up but does anyone have any goals they are going to strive for to finish strong for the end of the year? They can be as simple as eat 100 less calories a day, be able to go up stairs without breathing hard, decrease my mile time by 1 minute... Let's hear it. :)
