Hi All-- This has been a tough first week for me! I need something low/no carb/low cal snack to have at night. I need something that is CRUNCHY. Last night a had a handful of almonds. I have heard mixed reviews about Kale chips... I know in a few more days the hunger pangs will subside..... but DANG!!!
