i actually have 7 inches to lose on my waist, my measurements are 331/2...36...40 i want to be 331/2....29...40 OR 33/28/38 or 40 either way i want to be out of the "30's" when it comes to my waistline....any suggestive workouts besides cardio?
Get a pack of playing cards. Spades=Pushups Hearts=Crunches Diamonds=Squats Clubs=Jumping Jacks Jokers=2 mile run/walk For example: 6 of Spades= 6 Pushups. Split pack in half and go through both. Credits go to Self magazine!! Sounds fun!! I'm gonna try it with my kids.
