Mini Challenge
I just joined a mini challenge on here and wanted to extend it out. 150 crunches per day! any kind and doesn't have to be all at once. I have completed my first 50 already!
Introduce yourself
Looking for support and exercise buddies! I find it much easier to make the time to work out when I have made the commitment to meet someone. I like to do free exercise like going for walks etc. let me know if anyone is interested sometime.
