Weighted gloves?
So who wears weighted gloves when they Turbo? I try to but my arms get super tired and slow me down so I end up taking them off. Im trying to wear them a little longer each time though.
4 weeks down
So for those of us that started on 4/30, we are coming to the end of our 4th week. I think its a good time to take another set of measurements to see if all the hard work has paid off. I will probably do it on Sunday since that will be the end of 4 weeks. I honestly don't feel like I've changed much. I know I haven't lost…

Ready for day 1?
Is everyone ready for tomorrow? Make sure you take measurements and before pictures so you can compare. I think Im going to measure and take new pictures every 30 days to track my progress. My plan is to force myself to wake up at 5:30 am and get my workouts in before work. What time of day is best for you for working out?
