Last week was a good week. This week I've done nothing but eat, it seems. My calorie intake for today and yesterday has been enough that it should have also covered all of tomorrow. I've been trying so hard, just to see that I'm 1600 calories over budget, and I haven't even had dinner yet... I'm really discouraged tonight.…
I used to have it - used it to lose 20 lbs. Haven't seen it in months. Has anyone found it, by chance? :P
My main theory in food is two-fold - try to get as cleanly as I can, and everything in moderation. I will NOT deny myself the occasional piece of cake, I just won't eat it every day. :) We're also raising a family on a budget, so I can't always do organic, whole foods, etc. But I try to get whole wheat when I do buy…
