So since we are almost at the half way point how is everybody doing on the Wow Factor challenge?
what is your favorite exercise class. when and where is it?
I work out at Little Creek gym so my favorite classes there are Monday 5:30pm fitness, Tues 11:30 spin, Thurs, 11:30 kickboxing, Sat 11:00 total fitness.
What tips can you share on getting through a cookout?
It seems like every time I go to a cookout I am consumed with all the goodies. The potato salad, hot dogs and hamburgers, chicken and deviled eggs. The list goes on. I even tried eating a little something before I go so I will not be so hungry but to no avail I still eat whatever is offered. I even drink water to suppress…
