I failed this. I failed so bad. I ate 1500 calories. I hate myself. Sorry.
I keep forgetting I made this group! But, luckily, I have not binged yet, and it is helping me lose weight...not binging of course. I just wanted to drop in, and see how you're doing. Good? Bad? Okay? So-so? And if it's anything but good, what's happening lately?
It has been 11 days since I've last binged :D I keep a tally of it on my hand to remind me, and kind of y'know guilt me into not binging. Hopefully keep this going through June!!
If I were to go and have a snack right now, I'd eat out of control. It'd probably be between 200 and 400 calories, but allotment today is 300. It isn't exactly binging, more out of control eating which is what I want to stop doing this month. So, instead of eating, I'm posting this.
