I almost forgot about this group. so okey i started my old habbit of weighing daily anyone else? I weighed in today so i will now wait another 10 days to weigh in again which will be 7/28/2012 i know it is too long for some of you but i really need this 10 days break from the scales lol.
Last two weeks weight was 177.3 lbs I did not lost any weight last week and went wild with overeating for two days but todays weight is 174.9 lbs so a loss of:flowerforyou: 2.4 lbs:flowerforyou: which is not bad but i hope to lose more at next weeks weigh in.
Hi all So today was the day for the first weigh in and i went to bed early yesterday because i could not wait to weigh myself today but,,,, I DID NOT LOST ANYTHING BUT STAYED DISAME? So discouraging and it made me ate everything i wanted today and did not workout at all because last week i work out so hard and ate not over…
I am so glad i started this challenge because i have not weigh myself and can't wait to step on it Tuesday. But..... I think i am looking into the mirror more often now:blushing: Anyone else experiencing this too?
My weight for today is 177.3 lbs This is going to be a big challenge not to weigh myself till next Tuesday but come on WE CAN DO THIS.
