I did the first 30 days and let me say I rather like the results. I am dissappointed that I haven't lost any weight. I have toned up nicely though. I also run 30 minutes before I start the workout. Has anyone else had these issues?
I am planning to do 10 days at each level. Is that what everyone else is doing? I know Jillian says move on to the next level when you are ready, but that's a bit ambiguous to me. Was just wondering what everyone else's plans are, or you have any suggestions I'd love to hear them.:smile:

Day 1 of 30DS is completed! It was tough, but completely doable. Based on some people's comments I thought I might not be able to do it. But it wasn't as hard as I'd imagined and the time flew by. My pushups were messy, but that just means i've got lots of room for progress! LOL!
Well I got up and weighed and measured before doing Day One on Level 2... Weight 9:13 Bust 36" Waist 29" Hips 36" I also measured tummy widest part at 34", thighs at 22" and arms at 13", all widest part. I am hoping to knock off no more than 6lbs and my target areas are my waist, tummy, arms and thighs... Good luck…
