Curious to find out what everyones go to exercise routine is... I like free weights and good old fashioned crunches and push ups, throw in some Kenpo and unconventional cardio exercises and I'm good to go.... how about you?
If anyone has suggestions on how to improve the group or ideas for group challenges feel free to let me know, I see this group as being competitive and driven so come up with some ideas for contests or challenges and we can get to work!
