What the hell is going on with you guys? Me, I'm watching the calories like a hawk, can't believe the *kitten* I put into my body in the course of a day. Lost 4 lbs so far with some righteous PT (mostly riding my bike inside on the trainer), but I always feel hungry. Anyways... SITREP... SEND IT...OVER

So I saw this group and thought it would be good to associate with some fellow service members. I guess we could start it off and introduce ourselves. I'm Josh Former SSG United States Army, 101st Airborne, 1-502nd Air Assault ***edit****Fixed some typos
Favorite type of exercise
Curious to find out what everyones go to exercise routine is... I like free weights and good old fashioned crunches and push ups, throw in some Kenpo and unconventional cardio exercises and I'm good to go.... how about you?
Suggestions
If anyone has suggestions on how to improve the group or ideas for group challenges feel free to let me know, I see this group as being competitive and driven so come up with some ideas for contests or challenges and we can get to work!
