I really liked the workouts. I think I may take the challenge again! Hopefully, there won't be any travel involved! :-) I'm definintely stronger and have more endurance, didn't lose the weight quite like I wanted, but that's okay, I'm healthy and fit. So who wants to try again? :-)
How does everyone feel? My arms hurt the most from all these pushups and planks, but I feel so energized! I can truly see the difference in my stomach. Those late night abs have me Hype! Good luck this week everyone.
