Goal Setting
What's your goal for the next 90 Days? Mine is 30lbs and a commitment to exercise at least 3x's per week. I will also be committed to 2 shakes per day. This will be my 2nd 90 day challenge. My first one resulted in 33 lbs. and lower blood pressure.
