Just rejoined after a long absence. There are 93.5kg of me of which 18.5kg really need to go. Although if I can convert some of them into muscle I might relent and allow them to stick around.
Essex is almost London
Hi I'm in Essex. Born in Stepney though, so sort of a Londoner :) Just joined so happy to make friends and help each other along. I've got almost a stone to shift. I'll do it slowly with as little stress as possible. I like to walk and do the occasional pilates class or gym session.

Hey, Anyone from the area of Thamesmead who enjoys walking for exercise? I'd like to go a few evenings a week after work and would be great to have a buddy. Also I'm a member of Puregym and use Bermondsey and will the Charlton one once it opens, so great to have a gym partner.
