How to keep on your plan at work
Hey all, I was wondering if any of you have tips how to stay on your eating plan during work hours? I work 3p-11p and sometimes get "snacky" but want to stay away from the vending machine. One way I do this is to pack healthy snacks like califlower. Any other ideas would be great! :happy:
