CG - Meal & Snack Suggestions
In the past 9 days I have done 5 CG (Camp Gladiator) workouts (think 1 hour sweat session) not sure who (if anyone) actually looks at what I'm eating/my exercise but still tweaking it a bit. Basically it was recommended that I follow a 40-30-30 diet and on non CG workouts I eat approximately 1,700 calories and on CG…
