Hey guys, ive just started MFP today but have been losing weight for the past 2 months, total of 7.5kg's or 16.5 pounds. Firstly I set myself a goal of 5% which I have done, now im setting myself a 10% weight loss goal. So happy to find such a great program for free! Good luck with your short term goals

It's back! This time, its a little more intense than a walk in the park! Try getting yourself moving with fifteen minutes of vigorous calisthenics! Push-ups, situps, jumping jacks. Old school phys ed, that's what it is! Anyone going to take me up on it???? :)

How is everyone doing one day in? For me, so far so good. A minor slip up, but it was made up for by lots and lots of cardio!!!!!
