Wow, time is flying by and the weeks are slipping away!!! feel free to use this as motivation to track your measurements as well as weight. I havent lost weight in 4 weeks but I feel slimmer and slimmer :) Hope everyone is doing good.. Keep up the good work. The only thing im not motivated about is running in the snow :)…
