End of Week 2 Weigh-in
SW: 169.5 CW: 166.0 GW: 161.5 Down 3.5 lbs. 4.5 to go. 8 lbs is a stretch this month after losing 10 last month. But, I'm shooting for it.
September Starting Weight - Let the Games Begin

End of September Weigh-in
SW: 169.5 CW: 163.0 GW: 161.5 Down 6.5 lbs. 1.5 to go. 2 days left in September. I'm not going to push it just to lose 1.5 lbs by Monday morning -- I'm in it for the longer haul and am happy with my September accomplishments. No sense throwing off my plan by shedding fast pounds. SW: 169.5 CW: 164.0 GW: 161.5 Down 5.5 lbs. 2.5 to go. Feeling good. Started Insanity, so I expect to be able to drop a few more lbs by the end of the month. New workout programs tend to kick the metabolism into gear.

How is everybody doing?! I've been keeping with it despite work and personal distractions. Trying to focus is tough ... I am coming down to the last 40 days to my wedding... And the planning has taken on a life of its own. Happy to have the My Fitness Pal app! Cheers!
