Yoga for Osteoporosis - Dr. Fishman
Hi, I thought I'd see if anyone does Dr. Fishman's 12 minute yoga routine and how often? I'm cyclical, better some weeks than others. Also trying to get a bit better with resistance bands. Anyone else have any routines they try to follow?

We have to be careful with our exercises and make tough decisions on whether to use natural treatments or use osteoporosis (OP) meds. Want to share your experiences, preferences, supportive healing ideas?
