Im going to post my current weight on sunday cause im on a special cleansing diet this week and my numbers are changing everyday. But my goal for Christmas is 230 lb. ( i started at 286.8 lb 3 months a go). Right now im 253lb.
My starting weight is 109. I gained 9lbs after my surgery for a hernia repair. I would love to get down to 99lbs. My paln is to do Turbo Jam daily and walking daily building back up to running 5 to 6 miles a day. Goodluck everyone!
