Ready For Tomorrow?
I found my 30 DS and am waiting to go... Taking measurements tonight so I can track. Last time I did the 30DS I lost a ton of inches and not a lot of weight.
Starting December 1st.
Just a few days, and we will try and do JM daily until April 1st. Take some rest time if you need it, then kill it the next day! We will do Shred first..a whole round, RI30, and so on..lets do this!! :bigsmile:
