My Goal
To tone up the last bit of my lower tummy since my weight loss. :sad: Any feedback on what you do to tone this stubborn area, please share. :smile: I am currently doing Pilate abs and yoga, I also do Zumba, walk and use weights to sculpt my arms. Thanks, Shannon
