    Hi,I am also disabled and have problems walking or biking extra. I am almost 65-year-old an in the past couple years I have somehow managed to get from 240 to 194. I have been using myfitnesdpal for about a month and haven't figured it all out yet but I like it. This is the first time on any of these groups and I not good at this sort of thing. I not going to list the hundreds of things wrong with me but there was a few things touched on in the original post. Degenerative disc, neuropathy, arthritis and at present time my lower back is broke. And I have a stomach condition where I can't eat anything green especially if it's green and leafy which limits my diet. I am trying to get to 175 but it seems if I even any thing at all I will gain 2 - 3 pounds the next day. So then I don't eat that day and I will lose those pounds but this keeps me at 194 195 and I can't get below that without exercise. Anyone ever have a similar problem and found a way out that can depart their wisdom to me
