Today was a big weigh in day for me. I finally broke 180 lbs. I was at my all time highest weight in January 2024 of 208 lbs. I started HRT in February which has made me feel so much better. I had no energy and felt I was living in a fog. I also started, with my health care professional guidance, low dose semi-glutide. We gradually increased the dosage to where I am today. Every week my appetite has decreased and my choices in healthier food has increased. Today I actually did abdominal exercizes! I had originally set my weight goal to 165 because it was so far away and I remember feeling good at 165. But today, with weight training and feeling so much better about myself, I am thinking 145 is ideal for me at 5'6". One day at a time.....
