I've been looking at personal trainers but I don't really need that...I effectively just need someone to not let down.
I have a fair bit of experience with exercise and nutrition and happy to help you to. All I would ask is just to send you measurements and progress photos so you can basically judge me!
I'm starting a 12 week plan on August 12th if you are interested?
