I've forgotten how difficult it is to start over ... again. *sigh* I'm here for the long haul this time. I purchased a new Fitbit, (should arrive today) I have an exercise app, reconnected to MFP, it's getting nicer outside, I even bought a weight loss journal to record everything. Time to get serious. It's either that or stay miserable and die young. I've decided I want to live. So, here we go.
