Hello hello Chris, hope your weight loss efforts paid off, I'm trying the same thing.
I noticed in an old post that you have Gympass through Admiral. Have you tried out the "Nutrium" nutrition appointments that come with it? Just heard about them yesterday and I'm looking for some feedback on this.
