    Hi amy.getting 180 of protein is hard.i put 42 g half in my coffee no creamer.david bars maybe 1 day,half at time.there keto snacks.check cal,but can get you to 100-120 a day.naybe a high protein shack like matcha,berries even more protein,that's breakfast
